Use the Warehouse App
Use the App to ship international or domestic single or multipackage orders, or process freight shipments. It consists of the
following components:
- Search for Order #. Search for an existing order number to populate the App. Note that the text used to label this field may be different in your App, but SEARCH always retrieves items from your App's database.
- Carrier Selection. Provide the carrier, service and package detail for your shipments.
- Rate Groups. Select the most suitable rate for your shipment from a group of predefined carrier details.
- Address Details. Provide all necessary contact details, validate your address, enter third party billing information, or specify additional address details, such as Return Address, Ultimate Consignee, Freight Forwarder, Importer of Record.
- Package. Provide all necessary package-level details.
- Freight. Provide all necessary details for a freight shipment.
- Content Manager. Add a new package (pallet), delete or clone the existing ones.
- Additional Tabs. Located in the central area of the App. If required, provide additional information, such as International, Returns, References, History.
Depending on additionally configured settings and the App version, the App may also include:
- Print As You Go. In case of multipack shipments, each label is printed separately as soon as it's generated.
- Shipping With Other Goods. Any number of the shipping orders can be loaded in the App, and shipped together in one shipment.
- QubeVu. Ability to capture dimensional weight, parcel images and barcodes.
- Consolidated Shipping. Process and manage consolidated shipments.
- ACE Portal. Streamline customs processing for international shipments.
The RESET ALL link at the top of the App removes all details of the shipment regardless of the stage you are at, and returns to its default settings, such as carrier or sender details.
