Search for Order Number

Use this area to populate the App's fields with an order saved in the database. You can only load and ship one order, unless you have the Shipping With Other Goods (SWOG) capability switched on.

The text used to label this search field may be different in your App. However, SEARCH always retrieves items from the App's database and populates your App with its details.

Enter or scan the order number, and hit enter, or click SEARCH. This will populate the following detail associated with the order:

  • Ship To address fields.
  • Row items in the contents table at the bottom of the App.

After loading the order number in the App, set up your shipment as usual. See Use the App for detail.

The Reset All link located in this section removes all details configured in the App so far. The Ship From address details and default carrier, service and package type is the only data preserved.
