History

Use the History tab to view, reprint or void your processed shipments. Use it to:

  • View all shipments for the logged in user.
  • Search for a processed shipment using Tracking #, Attention, Company, and either Sales Order # or Purchase Order #*.
  • View the current shipment status, Processed, Voided, Delivered, etc.
  • Reprint documents and labels that were generated with the shipment.
  • Void the entire shipment, or a package.
  • View available carrier tracking information.
*The ability to search by either Sales Order # or Purchase Order # is controlled by the App setting Order Number Field To Show In History Tab, configured in Product Admin. See All App Settings for detail.

The History tab functionality is available as a snippet called Shipment Package History, and can be integrated into any Transtream App. See Shipment Package History for detail.

Search for a package

Click SEARCH to view all processed packages, or select a filter from the dropdown list to narrow down your search.

Printing package labels and documents

To print associated labels and documents, select the LABEL and DOCS buttons. The buttons enable when one or more items, with available labels or documents, are selected from the table. If any of the selected items do not have labels or documents, an error is returned when attempting to print. Any labels or documents printed are for the shipment and all associated packages.

Void a package

To void a package, select the VOID button. The button enables when one or more items are selected from the table. If voiding multiple entries at the same time, the product cycles through each and displays a confirmation message per package voided. Once completed, a final message displays with detail on each package and the void response received from the server. Voided packages are shown with a strikethrough.

Track a package

Click the icon to open the carrier tracking portal, where you can view all available tracking information.
