QubeVu
QubeVu® is a device designed to provide dimensions, barcodes and images of scanned items. Depending on the initial configuration of the scale, you can scan irregular shapes and/or typical parcels.
You can use QubeVu with the App via HubCapp Peripheral Agent configuration. See HubCapp Peripheral Agent - Scales for installation and setup details.
QubeVu in the App
Once installed and configured to work with Transtream, use QubeVu to capture:
- Dimensions and let the Warehouse App calculate the weight.
- Barcodes for tracking or analysis purposes.
- Images to store your volumetric data (PackSnap).
Dim your package
To calculate dimentions of your package, place it under the QubeVu device. Once scanned, the Package tab is updated with dimensions and weight, automatically populating necessary fields.

Apps can include the QubeVu and HubCapp status and progress. This is the QubeVu Status snippet. See Designer.
Capture an image
Webcam configuration
Make sure to configure PackSnap to use a webcam through HubCapp's Webcam tab. WebCam for detail.
To capture an image, go to the PackSnap tab, and click the TAKE PHOTO. Upload the image or remove it by using UPLOAD or REMOVE buttons respectively.
View captured images of the processed shipments in the View App. See PackSnap for detail.
