Transtream and HubCapp Requirements Overview

System Admin

A system administrator has complete access to the Transtream server software, Apps and peripherals. Transtream Setup can be installed on a separate machine or in a cloud; this depends on the system architecture dictated by individual business needs.

Transtream Setup and HubCapp Server

• Microsoft Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or Windows 11, or Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.
• SQL Server 2016 and above
• .NET 4.7.2 and .NET Core hosting bundle 2.2.8
• Details of the Pierbridge identity provider (IdP)
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS7 or above)
• ASP.NET 4.6
• PowerShell 5.1 or above

App user

An App user accesses the Apps that they have been assigned permission for. This is configured by a system administrator. Typically, an App user will have a machine from which they can access Apps, through a browser, and have their peripherals installed, if needed.
