Tabs overview

Use the tabs available in the App to provide further information, configure additional options, or view past transactions.

The Mailroom App has the following tabs:

• Package. Configure standard shipments. Replaced by the Freight tab when in freight mode.
• Freight. Configure freight shipments. Replaced by the Package tab when in package mode.
• International. Provide details necessary to comply with export rules.
• Returns. Provide return details, such as pickup instructions and return type.
• Chargebacks. Specify details, if you operate within multiple accounts, within multiple companies.
• References. Provide additional shipment information or package references.
• History. View your shipments, re-print outputs, or void a shipment or a single package.
