About
FedEx Cross Border supports two contract cross-border services which are targeted toward the eCommerce shipping of lightweight, low-value consolidated shipments from the US to destinations abroad. For more detail on the usage of FedEx Cross Border see Consolidated Shipping.
Setup
Setup My System is supported for this carrier. If onboarding manually, alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:
- Requirements:
- FedEx Cross Border Account Number
- FedEx Cross Border API Key
- FedEx Processing Center Name
- Setup stages (Administration App):
- Enable FedEx Cross Border (Carriers page).
- Configure Consolidated Processing Centre (Carriers > Consolidated Defaults).
- Add the Account, including the Shipping Key (API Key).
- Add Carrier Permissions.
- Set up International Defaults.
- Set up Outputs.
