Setup

Setup My System is supported for this carrier. If onboarding manually, alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:

  • Requirements:
    • Acccount Number (Token supplied by Boxberry)
  • Setup stages (Administration App):
    • Enable Boxberry Parcel (Carriers page).
    • Add the Account (using the Token supplied by Boxberry as the Account Number).
    • Add Carrier Permissions.
    • Configure International Defaults.
    • Set up Outputs.
    • Configure settings (Data > All Settings): Boxberry CreateParcel Url.
    • Set up the Automatic End of Day Task, see Task Scheduler - End of Day for more detail. Note that this carrier requires an End of Day process to be run.
Boxberry Parcel supports point shipments, which are transactions directed to specified points in their networks. To generate a point shipment, ensure the following is configured when shipping:
  • Enter your Boxberry Point Reference Number in the Ship To Street field.
  • Set the City to Point.
  • Set the Country to Ukraine
