Setup
Setup My System is supported for this carrier. If onboarding manually, alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:
- Requirements:
- Landmark API account number (Client ID)
- Security Credentials Username and Password (User ID and Password)
- Region code
- Setup stages (Administration App):
- Enable Landmark Global (Carriers page), and add Security Credentials (the Identifier field is your Landmark Global User ID).
- Add the Account.
- Configure a Transtream carrier service code against the relevant location (Locations page). The Code field is your Landmark Global region code, and enables shipments to be linked to a Landmark Global facility.
- Add Carrier Permissions.
- Set up International Defaults.
- Set up Outputs.
Note there are additional settings supported for this carrier, configured in the All Settings page of the Administration App's Data tab:
- Landmark Import Shipment. Determines the method used for shipping. If set to False, as is the default, a ship request is performed. The request is used by doTerra to import shipments into the Landmark Mercury system. Following a successful request, a base64 encoded label is returned.
If set to True, a import request is performed. The request is used when fulfilment is handled by Landmark Global. By default, import requests do not return labels. To generate labels for requests of this kind, enable the Landmark Produce Label setting.
- Landmark Produce Label. Determines if import requests return labels following a successful request. Defaults to False.
