Setup
Setup My System is supported for this carrier. If onboarding manually, alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:
- Requirements:
- Global Access API user and API key (used to create Security Credentials). Note that users must be set up in the Global Access system prior to Transtream configuration.
- Setup stages (Administration App):
- Enable Global Access (Carriers page), and add Security Credentials (the Global Access API user is your Security Credentials Username, and the API key is your Password).
- Add the Account.
- Add Carrier Permissions.
- Set up International Defaults.
- Set up Outputs.
An order number value is required to process Global Access shipments; the value is used for tracking and voiding purposes. Additionally, line item information must be passed in ship request. The provided Part Numbers must align with Global Access's database of supported part numbers.
