Cardinal Couriers is a Canadian-based courier specialising in pre-8 A.M. deliveries across Ontario and Quebec. Cardinal Couriers supports a maximum of four packages per shipment. For more information, see Cardinal Couriers Website.

Setup

Before you begin onboarding, ensure that you have emailed transtream@pierbridge.com to receive a shipper symbol, which you will need when setting up the Cardinal Couriers Account in the Administration App.

Setup My System (onboarding wizard) is supported for this carrier. Alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:

• Requirements:
• Cardinal Couriers Account Number
• Security Credentials Username and Password
• Setup stages (Administration App):
• Enable Cardinal Couriers (Carriers page), and add Security Credentials (the Identifier field is your Security Credentials Username).
• Add the Account.
• Add Carrier Permissions.
• Set up Outputs.
• If required, configure carrier letterhead and signature image files to be used on ETD documents.
