Setup

Setup My System is supported for this carrier. If onboarding manually, alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:

  • Requirements:
    • Boxberry account number
  • Setup stages (Administration App):
    • Enable Boxberry (Carriers page).
    • Add the Account.
    • Add Carrier Permissions.
    • Configure International Defaults. Note that the Identifier field is passed to the carrier as the Tax Identifier.
    • Set up Outputs.
Boxberry supports point shipments, which are transactions directed to specified points in their networks. To generate a point shipment, ensure the following is configured when shipping:
  • Enter your Boxberry Point Reference Number in the Ship To Street field.
  • Set the City to Point.
  • Set the Country to Russian Federation, Kazakhstan or Ukraine.
