About Trans-Expedite

Setup
Alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:
- Requirements:
- Trans-Expedite Account Number (EDI Sender ID)
- Setup stages (Administration App):
- Enable Trans-Expedite (Carriers page). If required, set the EDI Carrier Exception Threshold (%), the percentage of exceptions at which the carrier will be flagged in the EDI App.
- Add the Account, and use the ADD SHIPPING KEY button to provide the shipping key (EDI Sender ID) supplied by Trans-Expedite. Additionally, if utilizing EDI standards, configure the Interchange Sender ID, Interchange Receiver ID, Application Senders Code and Application Receivers Code.
- If required, configure EDI messaging settings (Data > All Settings): Trans-Expedite File Transfer Method, Trans-Expedite Using EDI Standards. See About EDI - Carriers for detail.
- If operating with Trans-Expedite Using EDI Standards enabled, add an EDI Transaction Set Identifier number range (Data > Reference Data). EDI uploads will fail if not configured. Include the following:
Field Value Start 1 Stop 999999999 Increment 1 Type EDI Transaction Set Identifier - Add Carrier Permissions.
