Setup
Alongside the general guidance given in Set up a carrier, the key detail for this carrier is:
- Requirements:
- OSM Worldwide Account Number
- Security Credentials Username and Password
- Distribution Centre
- Cost Centre ID
- Connectship Shipper, User and Password details
- Setup stages (Administration App):
- Enable OSM Worldwide (Carriers page), and add Security Credentials (the Identifier field is your Security Credentials Username).
- Add the Account.
- Add Carrier Permissions.
- Set up Outputs.

If the zipcode of the package is in the list that requires a CN22 (APO/US Territories), your label (ZPL/PNG/PDF) will change as follows:
- If a 6x4 label is requested, a 6x4 label will be returned with the top 4x3 area being the address label and the bottom 4x3 area is the CN22 label
- If a 4x3 label is requested, two 4x3 labels will be returned. The first label will be the 4x3 address label and the second label is the CN22 label
- In each of the situations above, if over six items are sent in the API call, an additional overflow label will also be sent. This overflow label will match the requested size, 6x4 or 4x3
