Release Roadmap

Release Process

The following steps comprise the release roadmap, as planned items are added to Coming Soon for preview, and follow this process to final release:

• Coming Soon (vNext) – items are complete and ready for release build – typically 4-6 week dev cycle between releases
• Code Complete – Product Management calls for release build – 2-3 days
• QA & Testing – Release Candidate is released for internal testing – 1-2 weeks
• UAT – final release Candidate is released for partner testing – 1-2 weeks
• Production Release – release candidate is released to Production for customer evaluation and use (by request until scheduled maintenance window plus all new instances get latest version)

Ring Deployment

The graphic below illustrates the stages of ring deployment for our Staging and Production versions:

• Alpha: Continuous Deployment (PM Testing)
• UAT: Staging / Development Production Release (Partner Testing)
• Early Adopters: Standard Production Release (First Customer ring - Typically used for XB testing)
• GPR: General Production Release (Standard Customer Ring)
