The Desktop App

The Desktop App takes you through the shipping workflow. It minimizes data entry, and automates the process as far as possible. Use it to:

• Create new ship requisitions.
• Search, recall and reprint the existing ship requisitions.
• Save and recall favorite shipments.
• Send email shipment alerts to senders and receivers.
• Localize shipment to use the proper currency, units of measure and dimensions.
• Validate shipping addresses.
• Send international shipments compliant with export rules.
• Pick the carrier, service, time slot or rate most suited to each shipment.
• Review shipments, and go back, if necessary, to amend them.

Dependent on additionally configured settings, you can also:

• Access the Reports and View Apps.
• Create, process and pay for shipments using your own payment methods with the Personal Shipping App workflow.
