Open Designer

Designer always has an App open in it. So you select the App you want, or create a new one, and then open it in Designer.

Open from Transtream Setup via Product Admin

In Transtream Setup, right-click the instance and select Browse. Log into Product Admin, and then, on the Apps tab, click Design for the App you want to open.

Open directly from a URL

Designer runs in a browser. So if you know the URL, you can open it directly. The URL format is always:

HostName/Composer/Designer/Index/AppName

Where HostName is replaced by the Transtream instance's host (in Transtream Setup, this is the Host Name setting under Binding Settings), and AppName is replaced by the name of the App, including %20 for any spaces in the name. For example:

www.pierbridge.com/Composer/Designer/Index/Mailroom%20App

If you are not already logged in as an Admin user, you will be prompted.
